Cook & Taste – Wythenshawe Market

Another busy day at the indoor market making where the team made a selection of seasonal dishes.

Visitors were again treated to cooking demonstrations and given the opportunity to taste their delicious pumpkin and spinach curry, made with the largest pumpkin ever sourced from FareShare by Dandelion Community Centre! Visitors could take a copy of the recipe and even got to take home a piece of the pumpkin to recreate the dish at home.
